All living beings communicate with each other.
Humans are the only living being who communicates in a variety of ways.
Communication is the process or the activity of sharing/conveying information through the help of message using methods like speech,writing,visuals,signals or behaviour.
This process of conveying a message is considered to be complete only when the person reciving the message has fully understood the message.
The process of communication has four major components.
Sender, Message ,Channel medium ,Reciver.
Sender: The person who is conveying the message.
Message: Information being shared.
Should be accurate, concise and clear.
Channel/Method: Method used to share information.
Reciver:The person for whom the message is intended.
Should send feedback or response.
Type of Communication.
Mainly it,s divided in three categories.
1.Verbal communication:Uses speech/words as mode/method of communication.
Common example: A telephonic conversation.
A one to one conversation b/w two pepole.
2.Non verbal communication:Include Body language, gesture,how we dress.
But use words in non verbal communication.
3.Written Communication.
Message conveyed by writing.
Execept nonverbal communication for rest both...we need a Language to express.

Required a language...
Languages are Multiple.
But our current focus is to emphasize on English language,As it's most essential languages spoken and accepted global ly.

Once a good impression is formed,the Customer is at ease and he feels valued And respected.
And it become after that quite easier to Crack the deal and execute Business.
Grooming covers following things,as It,s applicable on both male as well as Female.
1.Cloths.
Clothes need to nicely ironed and most Probably it should be knitted fabric.
A. Shirts-plane stripes,check, regular fit What so ever.
For females saree/suits or western Outfits( skirts or pants & matching Blazer).
2.Colours: Blue,black white or any Decent shades.
3.Shoes/Socks.
Shoes need to be well polished.
Socks should be dark and in the same colour family of your trousers and covers your leg all times.
As for as female,s are concerned Closed Heels,and closed Toe pump heels with Manageable height and comfortable.
( avoid long heels).
4.Hair: Should be neatly combed & Trimmed.
Avid excess oil.
Have a proper hair cut on regular Interval.
5.Accessories: Belts should be leather And coordinated with the trouser.
Avoid wearing Rings and other Accessories like fancy watches.
Plane watches will be preffered to Wear.
